From my cottage in York, I create whimsical sculptures inspired by the many animals my father rescued and brought home during my childhood in the countryside. I am a self taught artist, using my distinctive ‘drawing-with-wire’ technique bringing to life these uniquely eccentric creatures, which are then decorated with paper and mixed media. Also a four time winner of the British Craft Trade Fair's Wow Factor Award. I run workshops and undertakes direct commissions. My pieces are also sold at galleries and shops around the UK.
